Hello, Please read before booking!

Cancellation Policies/Fees:

 

  • I do not offer a rescheduling option, please make sure that you can make the time you schedule for. If you fail to do so, will have to forfeit your deposit and book again by placing another deposit!​

  • I ask that you cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be considered a No-Show Cancel or Same-Day Cancel and you will forfeit deposit.

      • You will also be removed from my client list.

    • Every design project starts with a 30-45 min on site consultation. We will discuss your vision, style, inspiration, budget and the best services for you. Measurements and photos will be taken of the space of your choice. You will receive a quote for services 72 hours after your initial consultation based on your scope of work. Prices vary by design.

    • No Shows and Cancellations are NON-REFUNDABLE,

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped via UPS, FEDEX, OR FREIGHT

 

(freight & shipping rates will apply).

 

Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you with your tracking number. You may track your order via the service company used.

 

1. How long is processing time?

 

Processing can take anywhere from 1-4 business days. Finance applications take 3-5 days for funding processing.

 

2. How long does shipping takes?

 

Shipping is 3-21 business days. Business days are 

Monday-Friday. Shipping days begin once order has been shipped

 

3. Do you ship internationally?

 

We currently only handle  our mainland orders in the United States.  We ship US wide.

1. Will I receive a confirmation email?

 

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is shipped out.

 

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

 

For health and security purposes we do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!

 

3. Can I cancel my order?

 

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours after your order is placed. If its pass the 24 hours but within 48 hours, you will be assessed a 25% restocking cancellation fee.

Please make sure you use the correct email address and shipping address when your order is placed. As we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect shipping address.
